01

Overview

Aureon Enterprise ("Aureon", "we", "us", or "our") is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. It applies when you visit our website, submit our contact form, communicate with us by email or messaging service, or interact with our official Facebook Page and other social media profiles.

At a glance

We collect only the information needed to answer enquiries and provide our services. We do not sell personal information, and the website currently uses no advertising pixels or analytics trackers.

02

Information we collect

Information you provide

When you contact us, we may collect your name, email address or Telegram handle, the service you are interested in, the contents of your message, and any other information you choose to provide.

Social media interactions

If you message, comment on, or otherwise interact with our Facebook Page or another social profile, we may receive your profile name, public profile information, message content, and interaction details made available by that platform.

Technical information and local storage

Our hosting and security providers may process basic technical logs such as IP address, browser or device type, requested page, and timestamps to deliver and protect the website. The website stores your language preference in your browser's local storage. We currently do not use advertising cookies, Meta Pixel, or analytics trackers.

03

How we use information

We process personal information only when there is a valid reason to do so. Depending on the circumstances, we use it to:

  • respond to enquiries and take steps requested before entering into an agreement;
  • communicate about our services and manage an ongoing business relationship;
  • operate, secure, troubleshoot, and prevent misuse of our website and communication channels;
  • comply with legal obligations and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims; and
  • act on your consent where consent is required. You may withdraw consent at any time.

These activities rely, as applicable, on pre-contractual or contractual necessity, our legitimate interests in operating a secure and responsive business, compliance with legal obligations, or your consent.

04

Sharing & service providers

We share information only where reasonably necessary for the purposes described above. Providers may include:

  • Google, through Google Apps Script, Google Sheets, and Gmail, to receive, store, and notify us about contact-form submissions;
  • website hosting and infrastructure providers, to make the website available and keep it secure;
  • Meta, when you interact with our Facebook Page or Meta services; and
  • professional advisers or public authorities, where required by law or necessary to protect legal rights.

These providers may process information under their own terms and privacy notices. You can read Meta's Privacy Policy for information about Meta's processing. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

International transfers

Some providers may process information outside your country. Where applicable, we rely on recognised safeguards or other lawful transfer mechanisms required by data protection law.

05

Retention & security

How long we keep information

We ordinarily retain enquiry information for no longer than 24 months after the last meaningful interaction. We may keep information longer where necessary for an active agreement, accounting or legal obligations, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, or the establishment and defence of legal claims.

How we protect information

We use reasonable organisational and technical safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorised access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure, so please avoid sending sensitive information that we have not requested.

06

Your privacy rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to request access to your personal information, correct it, delete it, restrict its processing, object to processing, or receive a portable copy. You may also withdraw consent without affecting processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

To exercise a right, email us using the address below. We may need to verify your identity and will respond within the period required by applicable law. Rights may be subject to lawful limitations.

If you are in Portugal or the European Economic Area, you may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. In Portugal, this is the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD).
